Today we can

Watching recent events in the world..we took a couple of trips in to town...we pick up dollar bags of fruits and veggies to can or dehydrate..

We managed to get lemons,apples,organes a few bags so today I will start with the lemons soak those in water,so I have lemon juice to do the apples next...

most of the fruits will be canned as we have excess clean water this week

As we have progressed in off the grid living we have been able to determine the amount of water we need for each month

I am off to cut lemons

We're using our preps now, with the unemployment thing. If Al gets a job out of state, it will be less to move, so it's a good thing.
